Mission Statement -The Greater Beauregard Chamber of Commerce is a volunteer organization that promotes and supports the civic and business well being of our community!
We are the public relations firm of Beauregard Parish.
What is the Chamber of Commerce?
At too often, people don't realize just exactly what the Chamber of Commerce's functions are, who comprises its membership, and what value you can expect from a membership in this important organization.
The Greater Beauregard Chamber of Commerce is a voluntary organization of business and professional men and women who have joined together for the purpose of promoting the civic and commercial progress of our community.
The area's economic well being is directly related to the caliber of work that is done by the Chamber. That is why the Greater Beauregard Chamber of Commerce has a major impact on business, income and the future growth of our area.
The role of the Chamber is, largely, to pursue business enterprises for our area, while promoting and helping existing businesses.
What does the Chamber do?
There are two primary functions of a Chamber of Commerce:
1) It acts as a spokesman for the business and professional community and transforms into action the group-thinking of its members.
2) It renders specific services of a type that can be most effectively rendered by a community organization both to its members and to the community as a whole. Examples of these services are:
