Parish Administrator
The Parish Administrator serves as the Chief Administrative Officer of the Beauregard Parish Police Jury. This position is responsible for the day to day operation of the parish government and answers directly to the ten members of the Police Jury. The administrator functionally supervises the boards and commissions that are appointed by the Police Jury.

Secretary
The Secretary is the Custodian of Records for the Beauregard Parish Police Jury.  They are responsible for preparing agendas, and recording and verifying public meeting minutes. The Secretary also manages human resources for the parish and administers the Police Jury’s policies and procedures. 

Treasurer  
The Parish Treasurer receives and disburses parish money according to the law.  The Treasurer is responsible for budget preparation and control, financial planning, cash management, and investments, revenue projections, and help in administering coordination of the various financial services offered by the Beauregard Parish Police Jury
